Mystery PUA

Probably one of the most well known pickup artist. Mystery is also the man who taught Neil Strauss (Style) the Mystery Method seduction method that was revealed in the book "The Game: Penetrating The Secret Society of Pickup Artists".

Mystery's real name is Erik Von Markovik and was born on 24 September 1971. Apparently he discovered the Mystery Method seduction model after a series of trial and error and undergoing being personally rejected upon many thousands of times. He is to have said that he first tried picking up women using magic tricks and had to learn how to deal with rejection. He is to also have stated that he was not a natural with women and was originally a geek as a child and had to learn the hard way. That was of course a long time ago, because now Mystery has been accredited as being one of the world's greatest pickup artists! In fact, Mystery is so famous that he was one of the leading instructors for VH1's reality show, The Pick Up Artist, where Mystery personally trained 8 socially inept men how to succeed with women. Mind you all of this is  recorded by cameras constantly looking for situations where Mystery would fail.

Mystery is one of the pioneers of the seduction community and has taught many of the other seduction gurus, including Neil Strass (Style), Tyler Durden and Papa (both from Real Social Dynamics), David DeAngelo, Nick Savoy and Sinn and many more. Most of the seduction language and acronym's that you hear about used by pickup artists were also created by Mystery. For example, Demonstrating Lower/Higher Value (DLV/DHV), Alpha Male Other Guy (AMOG), Pickup Artist (PUA), Indicator of Interest (IOI) etc.

The M3 Mystery Method attraction model was also originally created by Mystery and consists of 3 phases.

• Attraction
• Comfort
• Seduction

This was the method that Mystery originally taught Neil Strauss which enabled Neil to get Britney Spear's phone number, pickup a playboy bunny of the year and also engage in a long term relationship with Lisa Leveridge (a member from Courtney Love's band).

It should be noted that the Mystery Method has now branched off into different paths. Mystery now teaches his seduction method under the name Venusian Arts, after a dispute with one of his business partners and student, Nick Savoy, who also has released the ebook Magic Bullets.

I have personally read both of these books and can assure you that both of them are very similar in manner - and they both work!
